Return Policy
1) All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued through Betteron Security.
2) All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee within 90 days of purchase. Handling fees and freight charges will not be refunded.
3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Please do NOT write the RA number on the original package as this will make the product ineligible for resale.
4) Defective product can be returned to Betteron Security within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specified warranty allowances. Upon receipt of the return, Betteron Security will credit your charge account for merchandice costs and additionally incurred shipping costs.
5) All returns to Betteron Security must have freight PREPAID regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without freight expense or handling fee.
6) A new PO number will be assigned for replacement orders.
7) Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return. Ocassionally there may be other items that, for whatever reason, the manufacturer will not allow Betteron Security to return. Such items will be noted on the betteronsecurity.com website as "Not returnable to Betteron Security for any reason".
Refunds Policy
Refunds will be executed only as credits to the charge account used for the original purchase. Exceptions must be negotiated with Betteron Security.
Refusals Policy
If you refuse delivery on an order you have placed, Betteron Security will credit your charge account for the order amount less return freight charges, any return service charges, and a 10% restocking fee.
