Shipping
1) Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground service (or competitive service - determined by shipper) unless otherwise requested. Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day delivery can also be selected. Orders will ship FOB Edmond, OK (supplier warehouse).
2) Betteron currently ships orders to the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico must ship via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Orders shipping to APO/FPO can only ship via USPS, and require the supplier's name and address on the return label.
3) Each order will be assessed with the published residential carrier shipping rate for the particular zone, weight, and size.
4) Betteron will notify you of problems encountered with shipping. However, if you do not respond within 48 hours of our notification with authorization to ship, the order will be canceled and your charge card account credited.
5) Betteron will ship USPS only at your request or as specified in 2), above. Shipments will be sent via USPS with ship confirmation. Packages will be uninsured. All losses are your responsibility.
Order Cancellations
1) You may cancel an order only if the item(s) is(are) on backorder or discontinued.
2) Betteron will inform you of any problem with an order. However, if you do not contact us within 48 hours of our notification with instructions for order disposition, the order will be cancelled and your charge account credited.
